Brinca! Grand Re-Opening from 10 am to 7 pm
Brinca! has new owners with new changes including: remodeled facility, cafe style area, kids play area, and party rooms!

Families - enjoy time together, share a meal, and learn about each another through different fun events! Programming is held every other Friday night. Curriculum is delivered by TAMUCC graduate students.

Early Scholars Academy Family Explorer Days: All Around World from 9 to 11 am
Parents bring your children for an educational experience like no other. Come visit our state of the art facility for interactive learning in one of our 3 thematic pods. This month- All Around World consists of the Tropics, Ocean, and Polar discovery centers. Our self guided lessons will lead you and your child as you discover and learn together.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks! from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. The parking lot is now open. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. Delta Discovery Day Family Picnics from 11 am to 2 pm
Come and spend a few hours out with us at the Delta! Our Delta Discovery Picnics allow students who have visited the Delta through a school field trip to bring their families, share what they’ve learned, and explore a little more, but of course, everyone is welcome to come enjoy the sights and sounds of the Nueces Delta Preserve. Please bring a picnic lunch, picnic blanket, sunscreen/bug repellant, and plenty of water for everyone (we recommend at least two bottles per person). Staff will be scattered around the area to answer questions and give background information on plants, animals, and history. We look forward to seeing you out there.
