Watch your favorite Sci Fi movie with your family and friends. One of them is about a dark lord who lives in a galaxy far, far away, who wants to take over the entire planetary system with his handy light saber only to be thwarted by his son, robot friends and people who can make objects move. Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walk from 8 to 9 am
Get in touch with nature while the weather is still nice.  Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather.  Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. Pumpkin Carving at Eleanor's from 4 to 7 pm
Event includes pumpkin carving (all pumpkins will be scooped out and ready to cut), various fall-themed activities, small pumpkins to decorate for toddlers and younger, snacks and refreshments. Eleanor's is not responsible for finding a replacement. Carving tools are to be used at your own risk, please assist your child if they need the help. Eleanor's employees will also be on site to help!
Cost: $20 includes 1 pumpkin to carve, snacks, refreshments The snacks and refreshments will be open to all who have purchased at least one ticket. Example: If a family of three comes in and purchases a ticket for their child, the parents are free to enjoy in the extras as well, we just won't have pumpkins for the entire family (unless multiple tickets are purchased, if everyone in the family wants to carve their own pumpkin, a ticket would need to be purchased for each member of the family). Tickets go on sale 30 minutes prior to each show time. There is no late seating. Reservations are not required for the Tuesday evening shows. Tips: The planetarium does get cold at times. For evening shows, it might be a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.

Nueces Delta Preserve Nature Story Time from 9:00 – 10:30 am
Each story time session will focus on a theme and will allow children, with parent or caregiver, to enjoy days at the Delta with nature-themed stories and other activities including nature walks, crafts, and/or live animals. Story Time activities will be targeted for ages 2 -5, but all are welcome to enjoy Story Time activities. Dress for outdoor activity.
