Our libraries keep us busy so make sure to check their schedules for full activity lists. Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walk from 8 to 9 am
Get in touch with nature while the weather is still nice. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the front porch of the Learning Center. Anita & W.T. Neyland Public Library X-STREAM Discovery Dome Showat 4:30 pm
Watch a fun science related movie inside an inflatable planetarium. X-S.T.R.E.A.M. is an educational and fun library time for kids. A variety of alternating activities include science, technology, reading, engineering, art, math and mini movie marathons. Ages 3-12.

Robert Wollman Planetarium at King High School at 6 pm
Tickets go on sale 30 minutes prior to each show time. There is no late seating. Reservations are not required for the Tuesday evening shows. Tips: The planetarium does get cold at times. For evening shows, it might be a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.

Art Museum of South Texas Moms and Tots (and Sometimes Pops!): When a Line Bends...A Shape Begins from 10 - 11:30 am
"A line is thin. A line is narrow - curved like a worm, straight as an arrow..." We'll be inspired by this delightfully rhyming children's book by Rhonda Gowler Greene, illustrated by James Kaczman to create some colorful collage animals using squares, triangles, circles and more!

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Storytime at 3:30 pm
Join Oso Preserve staff members as they read nature themed children’s books, explore artifacts, and meet the animal ambassadors. Learn more about native wildlife, habitats, adaptations and other topics through relevant children’s stories. This program is FREE of charge and intended for children ages 2-6. Each story will be supplemented with a walk, artifact, animal ambassador or other interactive. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult.
