Another perfect weekend in the horizon! We have a lot to do all over Corpus Christi to keep you busy as we count down to Summer. Remember, some of these activities may require registration. Celebrate Brinca's 1 year anniversary with fun activities and of course jumping!

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks! from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

Art Center of Corpus Christi Family Art Time from 10 am to 2 pm
Free fun art time for families every Saturday! Families of all ages are welcome. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, drop-in art activity, no registration. While supplies last.

Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History Star Wars Day from 10 am - 5 pm 
Visit the museum for a fun filled day when Star Wars characters take over the museum. See props and scenes based on the movies and get your photo taken with your favorite characters from a galaxy far, far away. Kids 12 and under, enter our Star Wars costume contest for a cool prize. Contest to take place at 11:30 am. There will also be educational activities, face painting, science shows, and more! Food trucks will be available in the plaza to purchase lunch. Including Koastal Kona Ice, Taco Bar Street, The Good Frank, The Mix Grill, and Rita’s Italian Ice.

PBS Kids at the Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi: Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood at 10:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.

Like athletes, artists develop “visual muscles” by lots of practice and use. We’ll help you hone your artistic skills through a series of fun drawing exercises that you can do anywhere! Each participating artist will even receive his/her own sketchbook.

Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation Department Corpus Christi Rec-Con from 12–4 pm
Come meet the Corpus Christi Joker and the Padre Island Captain America! Watch your favorite anime during the entire event and don’t forget to dress up as your favorite Cosplay Character. Bring your Pokémon/Yugioh cards and battle against others in our community! The excitement won’t end there—you don’t want to miss the street dance performance by Jacob Murphy. Open for all ages. Children must be accompanied by adults to attend.

Toys''R''Us Hatchimals Colleggtibles First Hatch Party from 12 to 2 pm
Stores will offer Hatchimals Colleggtibles for free and kids will also be able to take part in the Hatchimals coloring activity. This event is open to children age six. Parental supervision required at all times for minors. Limit one per customer.

The Learning Garden-Tom Graham Park Annual Neighborhood Garden Party from 4 - 7 pm Educational garden activities, K Space Contemporary Community mural painting and art education station, live music. Bring pop up tents for shade, chairs to sit on and tables if you prefer to have that for your picnic. Also consider bringing balls, frisbees, hula hoops any table games!
Cost: Event is free. BBQ plate is $10 a plate reservation, $5 cash until they run out at event
