Where to Watch Fourth of July Fireworks Displays in the Corpus Christi Area

What is more traditional to celebrate the Fourth of July than a fireworks show?  If you are looking for places you can watch fireworks in celebration of Independence Day in the Corpus Christi area this year you have come to the right place. NAS Corpus Christi Independence Day Celebration
All kinds of family fun from 4 to 9 pm. Fireworks begin at 9 pm. Must have NAS Corpus Christi access to get on base for the event but you should be able to see fireworks from the Flour Bluff area. They will be shot over Sunfish Beach.

Naval Air Station Kingsville 75th Anniversary 
This event is FREE and open to the public and runs from 3 to 10 pm. Music, kids zone and much more. Fireworks start at 9:30 pm.

Aransas Pass 4th Annual Fireworks Show
Activities, food, and games begin at 7 pm at the Little League Park. Fireworks begin at 9:45 pm.

Kiewit Independence Day Celebration
The fireworks at Kiewit are back. The fireworks show starts after sunset approximately at 9 pm. Fireworks are shot over the water so you can see them anywhere close to the Kiewit Plant.

Mathis Freedom Fest
Live music, 21 gun salute honoring vets, car show, parade, kids zone, food trucks, and much more. Fireworks start after music approximately around 11 pm. Free event.

Corpus Christi 4th of July Big Bang Celebration Light Show and Fireworks 
There are also a ton of events going on Fourth of July day including a kids zone. Here's the full schedule of events! The Harbor Bridge Light Show begins at 9 pm. Choreographed to music so tune your radio to the following stations: 92.7FM, 95.5FM and 1440AM. The Mayor’s Big Bang Fireworks Display starts at 9:30 pm.
Downtown Corpus Christi

The Texas State Aquarium and the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History both have viewing parties (for a fee).  Make sure to buy your admission fast because these fill up!

Fourth of July Island Blast
The fireworks are usually launched around 8:30 or 9 pm. You can pretty much see them from anywhere on North Padre island.

You can view the North Padre Island fireworks perfectly from Schlitterbahn Riverpark and Resort Corpus Christi at the Red, White and Blues Festival. There will be a fireworks display viewing party beginning at 8:30 pm on the 4th floor.

City of Port Aransas Annual Fireworks Display
Port Aransas hosts one of biggest fireworks displays in Texas. The big firework display usually start at dark over the ship channel. Show usually lasts about 45 minutes and can be viewed from just about anywhere in town.
Roberts Point Park is a classic spot with great views of the shipping channel


52nd Annual Wendell Family Fireworks
Show starts around 9:15 pm.  Make sure to follow their Facebook page for updates.
