Harbor Playhouse Presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast

Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's modern classic, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, an international sensation that has played to over 35 million people worldwide in 13 countries. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice. The original Broadway production ran for over thirteen years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
Cost: Adult tickets are $18, children $10 and seniors/military/students are $15. Purchase online or at box office.

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids: Nature Cat Ocean Commotion at 10:15 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.

The FBCC Nutrition Department is inviting kids ages 6 - 8 years old to bring their Superhero Dad's, Granddad's, Uncles or Big Brother's to come and dress up as their Favorite Superhero to this healthy Superhero snack cooking class for Dad's and kids.

This weekend, dads get in FREE in honor of Father's Day: Just say "It's Father's Day" at the Visitors Center, and any dad gets in free, Saturday and Sunday of Father's Day Weekend. Be "buds" with dad. Enjoy Parrot Talk at 1:30 pm, gardens, resident reptiles, Gator Lake, trails, wetland boardwalk, winning Wildlife in Focus nature photography on Brennecke Trail, other guy stuff. Friendly, well-behaved, leashed dogs also welcome!

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. University of Texas Marine Science Institute Survival of the Fishiest from 10 to 11 am
Fish have personalities just like you and me! Join graduate student Alexis Khursigara to learn about her research. These are hands-on programs so be prepared to have fun and learn about the ocean! Parents must accompany children and participation is limited to the first 24 visitors, so please register in advance to secure your seat. This program is geared for ages 6+.
