A turtle hatchling release is expected between Friday, June 30 or Saturday, July 1. Dates are always tentative but you can call the Hatchling Hotline the morning of to make sure it at 361-949-7163 for the latest information about the release

Harbor Playhouse Presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast at 7:30 pm
Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's modern classic, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, an international sensation that has played to over 35 million people worldwide in 13 countries. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice. The original Broadway production ran for over thirteen years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

Home Depot Kids Workshop Build a Bug House from 9 am to 12 pm
Build a bug house you can use to get a closer look at some many-legged friends in your own backyard. Once the project is complete, your child can personalize their bug house with paint. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last. Children must be present at the store to participate in the workshop and receive the kit, apron and pin.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a villainous family party to celebrate the return of Gru and the Minions for one last heist.
