Harbor Playhouse Presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast

Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's modern classic, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, an international sensation that has played to over 35 million people worldwide in 13 countries. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice. The original Broadway production ran for over thirteen years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
Cost: Adult tickets are $18, children $10 and seniors/military/students are $15. Purchase online or at box office.

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids: Back in Creature Time at 9:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.

Art Museum of South Texas Frost Free Friday from 10 am - 5 pm
The first Friday of every month is free public admission to the Art Museum of South Texas. The Gift Shop and Hester's Cafe also are open to the public.

Michaels Stores Camp Creativity from 10 am to 12 pm
Kids 3 and up can participate a Summer crafting journey. This year they are using Disney Craft Kits. Parent or guardian must remain on premises.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

Glowing Creatures of the Ocean Educational Program from 10 to 11 am
Some of the smallest creatures in the ocean are the most powerful and in some cases bright! This program is geared for children ages 3-5. Parents must accompany children and participation is limited to the first 24 visitors.

Corpus Christi Hooks vs Arkansas Travelers at 7:35 pm
Gates open 5:35 pm.The first 2,000 fans receive a Hooks Pink Camo Cap from AutoNation. Hooks game-worn pink jerseys will be auctioned at Section 119 from the time gates open until the first pitch of the sixth inning. Proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. National Anthem by Ally Coscetti.

Marina Arts District BridgeWalk from 8:30 am - 11 am 
Registration starts at 7:15 am and Walk begins at 8:30 pm,  BridgeWalk is a monthly opportunity to get some exercise with a one of a kind view. The bridge route takes you up and over the beautiful Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge. The Alternate route for those with strollers, small children, and animals can take the scenic route down along the water to the Marina T Heads and back. Both routes are measured to be 6020 yards (3.42 miles).

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi Camp Kids: Iron Giant at 10:30 am
