Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. 83nd Annual Nueces County Junior Livestock Show Parade at 10:30 am
The parade line-up begins at the corners of Matiana Ortiz Blvd. & Main Avenue and will proceed to the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds Baseball Stadium. at the Fairgrounds.

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids at the Alamo: Odd Squad at 10:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.

Art Museum of South Texas Super sARTurday: S T E A M from 1-3 pm
Learn how art can connect the dots between science, technology, engineering, and math in this year's Visionarios Youth Art Contest sponsored by Flint Hills Resources. With a variety of materials provided demonstrate visually, a scientific experiment, a math concept, an element of technology or even a feat of engineering! AMST will help prepare your work for entry(ies) into the contest: you just need to bring your creativity and imagination! All work entered into the contest will be exhibited in the museum from Febraury 25 - April 15. Participants will be honored and cash prizes will be awarded at the Family Day on February 25.

Monday, January 15 

Texas State Aquarium Dollar Day from 9 am to 5 pm
Dollar Day, presented by NavyArmy Community Credit Union! A variety of unforgettable experiences are included on Dollar Day with guests’ $1 admission. These include Caribbean Journey’s jungle with flamingos, reptiles, and free-flying birds; and the Tom and Cora Keeler Estate Caribbean Sea Gallery with sharks, stingrays, and coral reef fish. The Gulf of Mexico and outdoor exhibits will also be open to guests, and the Aquarium will screen “Ice Age 4D: No Time for Nuts” throughout the day. Due to the significant increase in attendance on Dollar Days, regular presentations and visitor programs will not be provided.
Cost: $1 per person (includes parking). Children under two receive free admission. Parking is included with admission.
