Harbor Playhouse Presents Clue The Musical at 7:30 pm
The internationally popular game is now a fun filled musical which brings the world's best-known suspects to life and invites the audience to help solve the mystery!

Garcia Arts and Education Center Family Night Out from 6-8 pm
Family Night Out is designed to foster open communication and improve relationships among family members. Groups and activities include: art, games and action exercises, stress management, psycho-education, and community education. The groups and activities focus on decreasing family conflict, increasing family cohesion, and promoting healthy family management. Emphasis is placed on healthy beliefs, family bonding, emotional awareness and expression, and communication skill building. Families: Enjoy a free hot meal and time together! Family Night Out is designed to foster open communication and improve relationships among family members.

9th Annual Father Daughter Ball (80's Night) from 6:30 to 9 pm
All school age girls are invited to bring their father, grandfather, uncle, brother or other father figure to the event. The Community Center will be decorated in a 80’s theme and snacks will be provided. Current pop music and Dad’s favorites will be spun by a professional DJ. A photographer will be available at an additional cost. Guests are asked to wear semi-formal attire, 80's themed if you choose. And back by popular demand…the fun photo booth, karaoke and sundae bar! Tickets can be purchased at the Portland Community Center and all Kidz Klub sites.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

Early Scholars Academy Family Fun Days: Creepy Crawly Creations at 9 am
Discover things you may not have known about those sometimes pesky little critters while you show off your art skills to create your own… Don’t let this one get away. This day will have themed activities in the of the following exploration pod: All Things Living: Greenhouse, Amazing Me and Animal rooms. Note: Parents are required to attend this event with children.

Barefoot Mardi Gras Parade and Festival from 11 am - 5 pm
This colorful and unique beach parade followed by a festival of food, family fun, and music! The parade is free and starts at 11. Festival is after and lasts until 5 pm. Food trucks, kids activities, live music, awards, float displays, zany costumes, face painting, demonstrations, sand castle play area, crafts, beer!

Puppy Love 5K from 8:30 to 11:30 am
Presented by the Young Lawyer's Association. Benefiting PAAC (People Assisting Animal Control). Strollers, pets on leashes, and kids are all allowed. Prizes for top 3 finishers in each division. Start at the South end of Cole Park. Weiner dog races will also be happening after the 5K, most likely some time between 930 and 10 a.m.

Art Museum of South Texas SUPER sARTurday: heARTS and Crafts from 1-3 pm
Join them for a LOVEly morning of heARTS and crafts as they celebrate Valentine's Day. They will use a variety of materials, including paint, glitter glue, and stamps to create one-of-a-kind cards, as well as a colorful work of heART on canvas that will make the perfect Valentine's gift.
