Corpus Christi Home and Garden Show 
Lots of fun for everyone in the family including a kids zone with gardening Activities by the Nueces Master Gardeners, Inc., Sand Castle Building Lessons by professional builder DC Sandman, storytime by Usborne Books (every 30 minutes). Critter Encounters by the South Texas Botanical Gardens and a pet zone!

Harbor Playhouse Presents Clue The Musical 
The internationally popular game is now a fun filled musical which brings the world's best-known suspects to life and invites the audience to help solve the mystery!

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Birding By Ear Two-Part Workshop from 6 to 7 pm
Part of the Annual Great Backyard Bird Count Event! Two-part workshop! Part 1 in the classroom going over sounds and discussing tips for birding by ear. Friday night’s session will be educational, in our classroom and we’ll talk about tips and techniques for picking out specific bird calls using recorded local examples.
Cost: $2 per person and fee includes both meeting times. Workshop is open to individuals and families with children 12 years old and up. Limit 20 participants. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Birding By Ear Two-Part Workshop from 7:30 to 8:30 am
Part of the Annual Great Backyard Bird Count Event! Two-part workshop! Part 2 Saturday morning on the trails practicing birding by ear. Saturday morning the following day participants will meet again to practice out in the field. Participants should wear good walking shoes, bring a full water bottle and possibly a small camp chair to carry and dress for the weather.
Cost: $2 per person and fee includes both meeting times. Workshop is open to individuals and families with children 12 years old and up. Limit 20 participants. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks "Birding 101" from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

4th Annual Teen Bookfest By the Bay from 9 am to 4:30 pm
An event for readers that enjoy Young Adult books (Teen) books featuring 30 authors, an illustrator and writer workshop! Panels with author discussion of their books. Book signings, giveaways, illustrator workshop, writer's workshop, book sales, steampunk social during lunch.

Art Center of Corpus Christi Family Art Time from 10 am to 2 pm
Free fun art time for families every Saturday! Families of all ages are welcome. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, drop-in art activity, no registration. While supplies last.

Michaels Kindness Crafts Kids Club from 10 am to 12 pm
They craft, you shop! Kids 3 and up can enjoy a quick and take home a finished masterpiece. Sign up in store or online, or just drop in. Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the event.
Cost: $2 per child for kids 3-6, $5 for kids 6+.  supplies included

Padre Island National Seashore Kite Day from 10 am to 2 pm
Kids can make their own kites (while supplies last), and kite flying clubs will give tips and demonstrations. This event is offered through partnerships with Surfside Flyers, Flyit! Post A, and Quinco Kites.
Cost: $10 entrance fee. To make traffic flow better for this event the fee booth will be closed, park entry fees can be paid at the Malaquite Visitor Center.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Great Backyard Bird Count Event! from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
A fun event that allows bird watchers of all ages to document birds at the preserve that will help scientist get a “big picture” about what is happening to their populations. Bird counting with an expert will be set up at the amphitheater with binoculars and field guides. 10:30-11:00am: Story Time for all ages, 11 am-12 pm: Nature and Crafts for all ages, and 12-12:30pm: Peregrine Falcon Presentation by Texas Sealife Center (Donations welcomed).

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids at the Alamo: Pinkalicious & Peterrific at 10:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.

Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures and Education Center Taste of Asia from 11 am to 5 pm
Annual Lunar New Year and Taste of Asia Festival! Join them to usher in the Year of the Dog with food, games, and performances from the variety of cultures across all of Asia.

Barnes and Noble Mother Bruce Storytime at 11 am 
Join us for a hilarious Storytime featuring Bruce the curmudgeonly bear who likes to keep to himself. When Bruce's goose eggs hatch, leaving him with four live goslings who are convinced he is their mother, he tries to get the geese to fly south. Will Bruce be able to rid himself of his new companions? Find out at Storytime, with activities to follow.

Texas State Aquarium Dollar Day from 10 am - 5 pm 
Bring your friends and family to the Aquarium, including the new Caribbean Journey, for a fun day full of amazing animal and educational experiences.
Cost: $1 per person (includes parking). Children under two receive free admission.

Easter Bunny Arrival at La Palmera Mall at 2 pm
The Easter Bunny is coming plus an appearance by Shopkins’ Apple Blossom and Kooky Cookie, arts and crafts (while supplies last), entertainment and more.
