Seems like the Spring Break vacation just flew by buy you can end it on a fun note with a fun activity this weekend! Remember, some of these activities may require registration. Always check with the organizations for the most updated information or if you have any questions. We appreciate the shares and likes. If we're missing something, let us know! Harbor Playhouse Presents Annie at 7:30 pm (Sunday at 2:30 pm)
With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. She finds a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation Department Hooked on Fishing Day Camp from 9 am to 3 pm
Cost: $25 per day per child, which will include lunch and a snack. Register online.

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi Kids Camp: Fantastic Mr. Fox at 10:30 am
Kids Camp is an affordable way for families to watch great films together during most holiday breaks. 100% of ticket sales are donated to local nonprofits working to make our community a better place.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Spring Break: Aquariums & Terrariums from 2 to 4 pm
Turn a plastic grocery bag into a fun kite. There is almost always wind here in Corpus Christi- take advantage of it and learn to fly a kite. Registration is required, event is for ages 6 and up. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is FREE of charge and open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

Art Center of Corpus Christi Family Art Time from 10 am to 2 pm
Free fun art time for families every Saturday! Families of all ages are welcome. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, drop-in art activity, no registration. While supplies last.

Michaels Kids Club Easter Chick and Bunnies from 10 am to 12 pm
They craft, you shop! Kids 3 and up can enjoy a quick and take home a finished masterpiece. Sign up in store or online, or just drop in. Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the event.

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids at the Alamo: Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood at 10:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.

St. Paddy’s Festival Corpus Christi from 11 am to midnight
There will be live music and Celtic groups scheduled to entertain you throughout the day. Bring an appetite for amazing food and make sure to check out the arts and crafts. This is a family friendly event but you probaby want to head over earlier in the day if you are bringing the kids.

Barnes and Noble The Gingerbread Man and the Leprechaun Loose at School Storytime at 11 am 
A mischievous leprechaun is causing all kinds of trouble at school, but Gingerbread Man is back to save the day! Join us for this special St. Patrick's Day Storytime, with activities to follow.

Decorate a cute clay pot, then make a fluffy yarn bunny tail to peek out of the top.

Beards On The Bay 2018 from 1 to 9 pm
The Corpus Christi Hairy Hooligans are back with their beard and mustache competition. Registration ends at 2:30 pm. Many categories including for  kids and the ladies.

La Retama Central Library 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Celebration - Green Theme at 2 pm
Join us for a special celebration (for participants in the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Program) with a St. Patrick's Day twist. Enjoy games, crafts, snacks and fun! Prizes will be given for milestones reached in the program. Don't forget to wear GREEN.
Cost: Free. If your child is not enrolled in the program and has not yet started Kindergarten, you may enroll at any of our library branches.

South Texas Botanical Gardens and Nature Center Anatomy of a Butterfly at 2:30 pm
Kids of all levels are taught unique characteristics of butterflies, touching and seeing different stages of the butterfly life cycle, with “Butterfly Lady” and author, Brenda Dziedzic.

Dart in The Park March Edition Corpus Christi Joker Appearance from 11 am to 2 pm 
Bring your Nerf Blaster and safety glasses are a must, bring water. Every Nerf Blaster has to have an orange front, all other guidelines, games and rules will be set on the day of the event! Hope to see you all soon!
