Harbor Playhouse Presents Grease at 7:30 pm
Here is Rydell High's senior class of 1959: duck-tailed, hot-rodding "Burger Palace Boys" and their gum-snapping, hip-shaking "Pink Ladies" in bobby sox and pedal pushers, evoking the look and sound of the 1950s in this rollicking musical. Head "greaser" Danny Zuko and new (good) girl Sandy Dumbrowski try to relive the high romance of their "Summer Nights" as the rest of the gang sings and dances its way through such songs as "Greased Lightnin'," "It's Raining on Prom Night," "Alone at the Drive-In Movie" recalling the music of Buddy Holly, Little Richard, and Elvis Presley that became the soundtrack of a generation. An eight-year run on Broadway and two subsequent revivals, along with innumerable school and community productions place Grease among the world's most popular musicals. NOTICE – Please be advised that this production of GREASE contains ADULT CONTENT.

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center National Kids to Parks Day from 9 am to 1 pm 
Join kids across America for a fun day of outdoor play! A family-friendly event that helps connect children to nature with hands-on activities!  All programs are free of charge and open to the public.  All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. Bring a blanket and brown paper bag lunch for the family and enjoy a picnic on the lawn from 12 to 1 pm.

Michaels Kids Club Pineapple Crafts from 10 am to 12 pm
They craft, you shop! Kids 3 and up can enjoy a quick and take home a finished masterpiece. Sign up in store or online, or just drop in. Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the event.

Texas State Aquarium Endangered Species Day from 10 am to 3 pm
Join us as we celebrate the amazing animals that inhabit our world and learn how you and the Texas State Aquarium can work together to preserve endangered species. We will have a host of fun and educational activities and programming, all included with your admission or membership. Activities include: Endangered Species Text Message Scavenger Hunt – All finishers will earn a set of AZA SAFE animal trading cards! Vaquita activity station – See how you measure up to a vaquita, check out dolphin biofacts, and participate in vaquita activities Sea turtle activity station – sea turtle biofacts and moon jelly vs. plastic bag comparison Sharks activity station – shark biofacts and shark activities Environmental lessons in our Wild Flight, Dolphins, and Sea Turtle presentations!

Art Museum of South Texas Young Artist Workshop: Surreal Seascapes from 10:30 am to 12 pm
Taking inspiration from the work of Texas artist Richard Stout that is currently on view, we’ll use watercolors to create unique paintings of the sea. Please note pre-registration is required; if minimum number of participants is not met 2 days before class, class is subject to cancellation with full refund.
Cost: $5 Members / $10 Non-members. Online registration ends 24 hours before class begins: If the event is no longer on sale (online,) please call the main line during normal operating hours (Friday: 10-5 pm; Saturday: 10-5 pm) 361-825-3500 to find out if we have space for a walk-in the day of the class. Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids at the Alamo: Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood at 10:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cell phones and other devices stay dark.
