Explore science topics as a family! This 2-hour program provides a science exploration experience for the family to attend together. In this family science exploration event, we'll explore ways of knowing where you are and what time it is by sun, moon, etc. While the activities will probably be enjoyable and fun for the ages listed below (5+) - some of the concepts will be challenging, for example, the hardest concept we'll talk will probably be the angle of the sun and shadows - connecting that to the latitude of Corpus Christi on the Globe. Younger children are welcome but parents will need to assist them with some of the concepts. Target age for the content would probably be 9-10 years old and above, and this is certainly a program where adults will learn a great deal as well.
Cost:  $5 per person (including adults). Online registration is required. Each program is limited to 25 participants.
