Christmas is right around the corner! If your shopping is all wrapped up or you want to take a break and spend some quality with the family there are some wonderful events happening this weekend. Remember, some of these activities may require registration. Always check with the organizations for the most updated event information or if you have any questions. Harbor Playhouse Presents: A Christmas Carol at 7:30 pm (Sunday at 2:30 pm)
This timeless classic is a spectacular musical, which tells the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge as he goes through a series of strange events after being warned by his former business partner Jacob Marley to change his ways. This brilliant musical follows Scrooge on Christmas Eve, as he is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, which leads him to ultimately discover the true spirit of Christmas.

Aurora Arts Theatre Glitz! The Little Miss Christmas Pageant Musical at 7:30 pm (Sunday at 2:30 pm)
In the true spirit of Christmas, get a behind-the-scenes look at the backstabbing mothers and fiercely competitive daughters in the ‘Little Miss Christmas Pageant,’ an annual competition where ten girls (and their outrageous stage moms) compete for the coveted Christmas crown. Sequins, shiny shoes, and a can of hairspray aren’t all it takes to win this battle. These diva daughters and pushy moms are armed with sheer grit and a thirst for victory. However, when the value of truth, honesty, and love is learned, Christmas spirit becomes the true winner in this heartwarming new holiday classic.

Texas State Aquarium Scuba Santa and “The Polar Express 4-D Experience

See Scuba Santa at 11 and 3 and “THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 4-D Experience®” every hour on the half-hour from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Visits with Santa at The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay
Dash on over to get your photos taken as the outlets will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland. Stroll the stores, enjoy the food trucks and find savings that would make Santa blush. Our open-air, village-style center is your holiday headquarters for shopping, saving and mingling.

Grace United Methodist Church Breakfast with Santa and Holiday Bazaar from 8 to 10:30 am
here will be a pancake breakfast with sausage and fruit, crafts for the children, children's performances, pictures with Santa, vendor booths, and a silent auction. All money raised will go towards the children's outreach projects of Grace UMC!
Cost: Breakfast tickets are $5 per person with a $20 maximum per family, but the event is free!

Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center Guided Nature Walks from 9 to 10 am
Meet on the Learning Center porch. Please bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, and dress for the weather. This program is open to individuals and families. Binoculars and field guides will be loaned on a first come first served basis. All children attending the program must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact 361-826-PLAY (7529)

All Saints' Episcopal Church Neighborhood Christmas Festival from 9 am to 3 pm
There will be something for everyone. A variety of vendors, games (such as an indoor snowball fight), photo booth, smores bar, crafts and so much more.

Come have Breakfast with Santa at the Ingleside Fire Station . Pictures with Santa will be available.

Art Center of Corpus Christi Family Art Time from 10 am to 2 pm
Free fun art time for families every Saturday! Families of all ages are welcome. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, drop-in art activity, no registration. While supplies last.

Michaels Kids Club Christmas Frames from 10 am to 12 pm
They craft, you shop! Kids 3 and up can enjoy a quick and take home a finished masterpiece. Sign up in store or online, or just drop in. Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the event.

Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History Holiday at the Museum from 10 am to 5 pm
This event will be a community family event featuring holiday themed educational activities. There will be Santas who will share holiday traditions from various countries along with food samples that are often served during the holiday.

Alamo Drafthouse Corpus Christi PBS Kids at the Alamo: Peg+Cat+Holiday at 10:30 am
Reserve your seat with a donation with all ticket sales benefiting education programs at your local PBS station. This is an all-ages show with Alamo for All rules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cell phones and other devices stay dark.

Chicas Rock Music Camp ROCK N' XMAS Showcase from 3 to 6 pm 
Santa will be there to take free pics with the kids and he is also going to join the Chicas on stage to play a few songs. There will be raffles, prizes and performances by all the ChicasRock.

Coastal Christ¡mas! from 5 to 10 pm
Opening Day will kick off the festival with a “Lighting of the Tree” ceremony, novelty entertainment, seasonal eateries and much more! This unique winter festival will be packed with holiday lighting, festive décor, ice skating, live entertainment, seasonal eateries, and fanciful experiences for friends and families to enjoy.

Solid Rock Christmas Parade and Festival from 6 to 9 pm
