CC Fun For Kids is back after taking a long winter hibernation. This weekend is packed full of fun stuff to do with the family, so get out there and take your pick between doing your part to keep our Bayfront clean or taking the kids to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, or why not both!.

Tippi Toes Parent's Night Out

Hey moms and dads or moms and moms or dads and dads... looking for a safe and fun place to drop off your little dancer and enjoy a night out?Drop your dancers off at Tippi Toes studio from 6-10pm for only $25 for the first child and $10 per additional siblings, boys & girls ages 3-10 (must be potty-trained).Kids will watch movies, play games, dance, make crafts, eat pizza & dessert, have a blast and so much more! Ropes Park Clean Up

Looking to do some volunteer work this long weekend...?
Please join the stormwater team at Ropes Park, to help clean the shoreline! Bring your closed toed, shoes, sunblock, and happy face  As always, water, gloves, trash bags and cups will be provided. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Event is weather dependent and may be cancelled for safety reasons in the event of rain.

Texas State Aquarium will host families for Community Day, presented by NavyArmy Community Credit Union.


Due to the typically huge turn out, regular presentations and visitor programs will not be provided but you can still enjoy all of the amazing animal attractions.
Tickets are available for sale on-site on Community Day only. No tickets available for purchase in advance or online.
Admission is just $2 per person! Parking is included.
Children 2 and under are free (since their brains aren't making memories yet).
